Please carefully review our No Refund Policy before submitting your application and payment:
Sponsor registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes cancellations, sponsor no-shows, or dissatisfaction with attendance or sales outcomes.
Aviation Day is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be given due to weather-related changes, delays, or disruptions.
In the event of cancellation or interruption due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, public emergencies, venue changes, or government mandates), no refunds will be issued. Fees may be credited toward a future event at the discretion of the organizers.
Sponsors who withdraw for any reason after payment will forfeit their space and all associated fees.
If the event is fully canceled by the organizers, sponsors may be offered the option to transfer their payment to a rescheduled or future event. Refunds will not be issued. All Sales Are Final.
